She is not the only one who traveled, but she is the first to come to Earth. Though she did not particularly agree to this, it is the custom of her planet to not return under any circumstances. Any contact with friends or family on her home planet must be done through letters sent in with the weekly reports, or said family or friends visiting her for a time. As of now, her research is conducted in the home that she and her husband, Andrew, share, (even though Andrew hates the constant visitors). But her work must continue!
